This website is operated by Arctern Advisory (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (registration number 2026/595753/07).
Arctern Advisory provides general information about merit-based immigration programs and makes introductions between individuals (or their referring wealth manager or financial advisor) and accredited, independently licensed immigration program administrators and professionals in Portugal, Malta, Luxembourg, the Caribbean, South America, and Vanuatu. We also facilitate referral fee arrangements with wealth managers and financial advisors who refer prospective clients to us.
Arctern Advisory is not a law firm, immigration practitioner, tax advisor, or licensed financial services provider. Nothing on this website, and nothing communicated to you by Arctern in the course of an enquiry or introduction, constitutes legal, tax, immigration, investment, or financial advice. Any such advice must be obtained directly from the appropriately licensed or accredited professional to whom you are introduced, or from your own independent advisors.
Arctern Advisory does not, at any stage, take custody, control, or transmission of client funds. Any payments relating to a merit-based immigration program are made directly between you and the licensed program administrator or provider.
Eligibility for, and the outcome of, any merit-based immigration program is determined entirely by the relevant government authority and the licensed professionals handling your application, based on rules that may change over time and on your individual circumstances. Arctern makes no representation or guarantee, express or implied, regarding your eligibility for any program, the likelihood of a successful outcome, program costs, or processing timelines.
Arctern Advisory may receive compensation from program administrators, licensed professionals, or other third parties in connection with a successful referral or introduction, and may pay a referral fee to wealth managers, financial advisors, or other professional partners who refer prospective clients to us. Arctern's guidance regarding which program may suit your circumstances is provided independently of these arrangements. Details of any specific fee arrangement relevant to your enquiry can be requested from us directly.
Where you engage with Arctern as a referring professional partner, you confirm that you are authorised to refer your client for this purpose and, where applicable, remain responsible for any advice or services you provide to that client outside the scope of Arctern's immigration referral service. Arctern's role is limited to the immigration referral described in Section 3, and does not extend to advice on your client's broader financial, investment, or tax affairs.
Any program administrator, immigration practitioner, or other professional to whom we introduce you operates independently of Arctern Advisory and is responsible for their own advice, services, fees, and compliance obligations. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any third party to whom we introduce you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctern Advisory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, reliance on general information provided by us, or your engagement with any third party to whom we introduce you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the Arctern Advisory name and logo, is the property of Arctern Advisory (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
